                      Candle Care FAQ

                  1. How long should I burn my candle the first time?
For the best results, let your candle burn until the wax melts evenly across the top (usually 2–4 hours). This helps prevent tunneling and ensures a longer burn life.
2. How often should I trim the wick?
Trim your wick to about ¼ inch before each burn. This helps your candle burn cleanly, prevents soot, and extends the overall burn time.
3. How long can I safely burn my candle at one time?
We recommend burning your candle for no more than 3–4 hours at a time to maintain safety and preserve fragrance quality.
4. Why is my candle flame flickering or smoking?
This usually happens if the wick is too long or if the candle is in a drafty area. Make sure to trim the wick and place your candle away from vents or fans.
5. How should I store my candles?
Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and preserve fragrance.
6. What’s the safest way to extinguish a candle?
It’s best to use a candle snuffer or gently dip the wick into the melted wax and straighten it. This prevents smoke and helps with easier relighting.
7. Can I reuse the jar after my candle is finished?
Yes! Once the wax is gone, clean out the jar with warm, soapy water. Our jars make great holders for small items, plants, or even new candles.

                      Soap Care FAQ

                  1. How should I store my handmade soap?
Keep your soap in a cool, dry place until you’re ready to use it. Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or excessive heat to preserve its natural ingredients and fragrance.
2. How can I make my soap last longer?
Allow your soap to dry between uses by placing it on a well-draining soap dish. Keeping it out of standing water helps prevent it from softening too quickly.
3. Is handmade soap safe for sensitive skin?
Our soaps are made with natural ingredients and are generally gentle on the skin. However, since everyone’s skin is different, we recommend testing on a small area first if you have sensitivities.
4. Can I use your soap on my face as well as my body?
Yes, most of our soaps are safe for both face and body. That said, always check the product description for specific recommendations.
5. Do your soaps contain artificial dyes or harsh chemicals?
No, our soaps are vegan and made without harsh detergents, sulfates, or unnecessary additives—just skin-loving oils, butters, and natural enhancements.
6. How long does a bar of soap usually last?
With proper care, a bar typically lasts 3–4 weeks with daily use, depending on size and frequency of use.
